Groundwater Virtual Training

When CICF, its affiliates—The Indianapolis Foundation and Hamilton County Community Foundation—and Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, announced our shared mission, we committed to a journey of expanding our understanding of the impact systemic racism has on our communities. As valued partners and fundholders, we invite you to join us.

This interactive session is rich in institutional knowledge and applicable data. It illustrates the importance of addressing the lack of equity within systems as a core component to dismantling systemic racism. Racial Equity Institute’s Groundwater approach is designed to help internalize the reality of a racially structured society that is defined and supported by multiple social systems.

Each virtual session is three hours.

Learn more about the Racial Equity Institute and the Groundwater approach before your session or to help inform your decision on your participation.
